Good diet plan or tips?

Im 13 years and I feel like im gaining a lot of weight over the summer, does anyone have any good diet plans or tips or anything to get me in shape again. Oh and can you please add how much time it will take to loose the ammount of pounds :) Thank you.

I am very fit due to these simple steps I take. Drink water no soda. No fast food. For sure no trans fat that cause internal dmge not just physical. 8 glasses a day of water. Get excersise do sonething you like “crank up the muisc in your room and just dance I don’t know. Don’t eat at least three hrs before going to bed. Use skim milk. Fruit instead of cookies or junk food. Drink more water whenever you eat this causes you to get full faster causing you to consume less calories.etc. Hope this helped
