What are healthy diet tips?

Ok so I am 15 years old and I want to lose about 10 or 15 pounds and i was wondering if anyone had any good diet tips. I want to keep it healthy so nothing like starving myself or going anorexic. Thanks a lot.

It really depends if you are thin already. Muscle weighs more than fat. I am 5 7” but I weigh 157 pounds and am a size 7. That is because I am a professional armwrestler. Remeber size doesn’t always mean you are healthy. Do some small but permanent changes. Remove sodas from your diet. Switch to dark green leafy vegetables. Eat more raw fruits and vegtables instead of canned or cooked or microwaved… You might want to ask your parents to look at encapsulated fruits and vegetables. a good site : www.healthychoicesforlife.net all the best!

Exercise is best. Walk, run, bike, or if you really want to peel off the pounds, jump-rope or swim!

Just don’t eat like crazy after a good workout is all. :-) good luck!
