How can I lose 15lbs for summer?

IM 16 and weigh 165 want to lose wight for next years wrestling season at my high school i want to drop to 140-150 and i already work out at gym every other day and starting to run in between how should i change diet ex) drink tons of water?

Drink water, eat foods with a lot of fiber, veggies & fruits, and keep the sugar off your diet plan along with oils, fats, etc. A small amount of fat is OK, but keep it minimal. Also make sure your diet is balanced between protein & good carbohydrates like those in whole grains, etc, and try to eat a bit less than your daily required caloric intake, which should help your body to cannabalize your fat & muscle tissue & result in weight loss.
