How Can I lose weight before the summer(july)?...im about 118...but I need to lose mey stomach fat and alittle off my legs
please someone tell me something that will work
Work out doing cardio, only eat fruit , veggies, nuts, drink only water. No other drinks at all. If you slip up, it's okay, just get back on track. I am doing the same thing at the moment and my target is July as well. I have already noticed a major difference. Also, don't eat candy and don't eat after 7pm. Sounds like a lot, but when you want results, you have to make some sacrifices. Whatever you do, don't starve yourself. That doesn't work at all. Eat lot and lots of greens, fiber and protein. Watch what happens in two weeks!
