How can I lose some of this weight before summer?

Hi, Im 15 and im 5”3 1/2 and my weight is 205. i know what a fat girl. How can i lose some of it before summer is over??

Well first of all, watch what you eat. Portion control is the #1 thing diet programs teach you–limit your intake. In terms of what you eat, focus on lean proteins (lean meat like chicken breast, nothing fatty like fatty steaks), vegetables and whole grain starches. No white flour or white starch. Fruit also has a lot of sugar so I’d limit that too (and of course, sweets and cola). Then, add an exercise plan. 30 minutes of exercise 4X or more a week along with the diet will help you see results.
