Suggestion to deal with depression?
Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with depression? I mean different ideas. I have been on various medications, seen many therapist for many years, been to groups and classes, and I keep going back to feeling like crap. someone please give me some serious advice. I am at my wits end.
You need to cry… thats the way you can give away all yous sadness. Try to go out more… do things that you use to like or simply find an activity to do.
