what time should a 13 year old be going to sleep ? and how much hours do we need?(: thanks x

You should be sleeping about 8 hour a night. Getting enough sleep is important, when you sleep your body repairs itself. Benefits include reduced stress and heart problems, reduced change of getting diabetes, increased memory and alertness.

Also, you burn more calories sleeping then you do watching TV

you should be having at least 8 hours of sleep. you should be going to sleep around 10:30pm or 11:30 pm during school nights and weekends and vactions whenever you want!!!

im 13 and go 2 bed at about 12am and get up about 8 or 9 but on school mornings I get up at 5:30 am

I am 13 but I only sleep 5 hours and I dont get sleepy during the day, you can try that :)
