What may cause my being unable to sleep in my regular time?

I used to sleep at around 10 PM. But since 10 days ago I have not been able to sleep before 1 AM.

You might be worried about work or other things as Chris suggested. Do you have caffeine late on evenings? Or if you do a lot of vigorous activity close to bed time this, your body may need to tone down a bit. A warm glass of milk with a bit of honey might help, also no lights or TV..ETC

I believe it is he stress… sigh… I am only trying not to think of it but my body can not deny it.

Yes I hate it when you can’t turn off your thoughts, I have a few project going on and we are moving one of our companies to a new building. The other night I slept for one hour, and last night I got 6.

You can always use dru!gs and alcohol, I don’t this that this is the best solution.
