skinny but chunky tummy..please help?

ok. soo I am kinda skinny but I have a chunky/flubbery tummy. lol it started about 3 months ago I was about 108 lbs,then I got put on a medication called “mirtazapine” and im now up too 140 lbs. (im about 5’7’ 4 my height) I like the weight and all but I want a flat stomache. how do I do that. is there certain excersises too do?? I also have backk problems too so im trying to find a way to excersise that will benifit for my tummy but wont hurt my back. thanxx for your time.=]

You can do a lot of sit-ups and don’t eat bananas or potatoes ( that will just inflate you)! Hope I helped =).

Talk with a doctor or a physical education teacher. They should both know how to help out; point you in the right directiion…

you should eat healthy foods, not eat a lot of junk food, and exercise to get skinny, but don’t go over board, that just might hurt your back and maybe other body parts(like stomach arms legs things like that) I hope this helps! :)

Belly Dance It’s a lot funner than sit ups, that’s for sure & quicker I lost 2 ibs one week, only 4 hours in that 1 week it’s epic lol
