how to get super skinny fast!!! please help

how can I get super skinny really fast. I have to go on a trip to Hershey park atthe end of may with my school and me ad my frieds t going bathing suit shopping and I wanna b really skinny now I m fat. my friends don’t wanna tell me but I tell the to tell me the truth and they say I could loose a couple pounds and I wanna. how can you loose about 50 pounds in 2 months. (ik that it’s reallly bad but just how can I loose 25 reallly fast then the other 25 I wanna loose the healthy way) please hlp

Don’t starve yourself, if you begin to do that you lose the weight even more slowly. Drink lots of water, No fast food or lots of carbs. Look on the labels to see either if it’s low fat or less calories. You do need carbs in your diet, just not too much. If you have a gym, go for about 2 hours every morning. Crunches, planks, running, skipping rope, sit ups etc.. Try buying a “weight loss video” and do it at night. This is what I’ve been doing, I’m 16 weighed 120, when I started doing this I now weigh 108. I’m underweight but I feel good. Eating healthy, making the right choices. Do what makes you feel comfortable, just do not starve yourself. And if you do that, you lose hair,rotten teeth,pale skin. So try this and Good luck :)

Well you don’t want to loose weight too fast because that can result in a weight rebound where you not only gain back the weight you lost but you get extra fat. But cardio should do great also go on long bike rides that and dieting helped me loose like 18 inches and now I have great legs and a fit stomach.

becoming veggie for a few mounths gets weight off when I went veggie the weight just went :)

diet and exercise, I know both aren’t fun, and at first they may feel like torture but, if you really wanna loose weight, and it sounds like you do, then just do it! don’t think of it as a diet or it wont work , make a change in the way you eat, eat healthier. add fruits and veggie mostly to your diet, stay away from high in fat foods. don’t eat take out, or fried foods. drink a lot of water!!! this helps sooo much!

you dont get skinny really fast weighty loss doesnt just happen in a day or week, or even in a month 50 pounds in 2 months is an unreachable and rediculouse goal thats only possible if your overweight, obese or morbidly obese im sure your actually fine, maybe even underweight and just have an extreemly unhealthy obsessinion with your weight after comparing it to fake and unrealistic images that the media protrays as “normal” first see a doctor get them to calculate your b,mi (body mass index) for your height and age he/she will be able to tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose or gain to be in the healthy weight range
