What are some good simple dishes to use truffle oil with?

I recently acquired a bottle. I’ve never tasted or tried this stuff before. What do I do with it?

Truffle oil tends to be strong in flavour, so you want to pair it with something that won’t be overwhelmed by it. Seafoods like lobster and crab are nice with a truffle dip (truffle oil and lemon juice works nicely). You can also make a vinaigrette for a robust-flavoured salad, like one using bitters like spring mix. Truffle oil is a perfect ingredient in many pasta dishes - specifically Alfredos or other pastas with white sauce … it accompanies Parmesan beautifully.

Whatever you use it in, remember that a little goes a long way, so don’t add too much!
