What are some good recipes using veganaise?

I found a jar of veganaise in my fridge and since I have a weekend by myself. Anybody have any good recipes with veg. Mayo (or reg. Mayo) like, a favorite potato salad recipe or something? Thanks.

I have a really good vegan recipe for Tofu Dill Salad Sandwiches; really simple, and sooo delicious.

Makes four sandwiches.

1 pound extra-firm tofu, draned and pressed 3 tablespoons minced red onion 3 tablespoons Vegannaise 1/3 cup fresh dill, chopped 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or fresh lemon juice Salt and fresh black pepper to taste 8 slices whole wheat bread Sandwich fixings (lettuce, tomato, and onion)

In a large bowl, crumble the tofu with your hands for about 30 seconds, until you reach a crumbly but still somewhat firm consistency. Add the rest of the ingredients through the pepper, chill for about 15 minutes. Serve on whole wheat bread spread with a little extra Vegannaise and topped with lettuce, tomato, and onion.

Anyway, that’s one of my favorite sandwich recipes.
