Pasta dishes are my favourite.

You can pick all sorts of different pastas, I throw in TONS of different vegetables (mushrooms, onion, zucchini, tomato, squash, spinach, asparagus, etc) and with different sauces (meat sauce, garlic sauce, alfredo sauce, pesto) and different meats (chopped chicken, ground turkey meat, meatballs, etc) - there are so many combinations!

I like to do:

chicken with mushroom zucchini and onion with pasta noodles and pesto or alfredo sauce.

ground turkey with a red sauce, onions, mushroom, and garlic

chicken with basil mushroom and garlic with lemon and shredded parmesan (no sauce

Put the pasta on the stove first (it takes the longest to cook) then cook the meat and vegetables either separately, or meat most of the way and add the vegetables in last. When the meat and veggies are cooked put the sauce in the pan with them on low to heat the sauce.

I must add that the majority of the content of this meal should be the vegetables and meat. Do not make a giant bowl of noodles with a tiny bit of toppings. You shouldn’t eat more than 1-2 cups (cooked) of pasta.

yes, pasta dishes are really easy, and theyre fun to make because you cna always alter the taste a bit and whatnot. also try chili, its really easy, you just put everything in a slow cooker and stir it every once in a while. its great with bread bowls, which are really easy to make too. send me a funmail if you want the directions for bread bowls, I gotta find them and whatever. :]

Ok this is one of the easiest recipes ever! Its for Tuna Casserole, and I know that the name might throw you off a bit, but make it, and if you like tuna, you will fall in love with it!

3 cans of tuna (I prefer starkist) 1 bag of egg noodles 1 can of cream mushroom soup 1/2 can of milk (use the empty soup can) 1 small can of peas and carrots 4 tbs of sour cream 1 small jar of mushrooms (optional) Salt and pepper to your liking 1 lb bag of Shredded cheese (I prefer cheeder/jack blend)

preheat oven to 350 degrees. Start cooking the pasta and allow at least 15 minutes cool time after cooked before mixing in with ingredients. strain tuna, peas and carrots, and mushrooms, then combine with all other ingredients except the cheese. After all of your ingredients have been well blended, pour into a 9 x 13 casserole dish and add the cheese on top. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes. After you remove from the oven, allow about 5 minutes before serving.
