Push-ups??

Okay so I want to get stronger in the arm, but every time I do push ups my shoulder pops. But I dont want to go to the doctor because then im out of sports for a long time. I would get way out of shape if that happend. Is there any other exercises that I could do?

just go to the gym and work out your biceps and triceps

well pushups arent really for getting stronger in the arms, pushups are for the chest, if you want stronger arms and cant affort dumbells or weights or a gym membership then go to a park with monkeybars, and do pull-ups and different exercises, just check youtube

my mom used to be a personal trainer my dad was a marine and my step dad is in the air force so I know some stuff about working out work your legs and lift weights maybe try pull ups and be really straight and keep your feet close together when doing push ups, I beat my school push up record so just try this maybe look up a pic of good form

Pull ups? Why does your shoulder pop? Maybe you’re not warming up enough before you do it?

I don’t know why it pops out of place it has been for like a year it doesnt hurt that much anymore but it just pops

I don’t have the time to lift weights, otherwise I would.
