sit ups and push ups?

if I do 30 sit ups and 20 push ups a day for 30 days, while eating small meals (healthy meals), how much weight will I loose?

if you must know im 150 lbs, around 5.2, and my dailey calorie intake would be around 1,000 calories

You need to exercise your ENTIRE BODY, and get your heart rate up to its fat-burning stage.

that wont really do you much. try doing 3 sets of 50 push ups(or as many as you can do) and don’t do sit ups. Go on youtube and look up 6 pak in 6 mins. they are excercises that you can do on your couch and they help a lot. It turned my barley visible 6 pak into a full 8 pak in 3 weeks
