Should I take protein shakes and supplements (read more)?
i’ve been working out for a while now and am not satisfied with my bod. Do you guys think the bodybuilding protein stuff will help, is it healthy to use that. Right now i eat normal dont take any suppliments and pills should i consider taking those??
I just started at a gym and have a personal trainer, he told me to find a protein shake I like and have it everyday at least once, or more if I want. He said that would help a lot.
Which is better before or after workout? thanks
I’m assuming it doesn’t matter. I did a workout with him then we went and tried out some different protein shakes, cause some don’t settle right with people and some taste really bad. So I found one that taste amazing. I asked him how many I should have a day he said it doesn’t matter their good for you, some poeple have only one and he said i know people who drink 3 a day.
I wud do one or the other not both the shake and supplements
