G.N.C. Protein Shake?

ok so I have this G.N.C. protien powder shake mix should I take it before or after I work out?

depends, if you are looking to gain muscle faster you need as much protien in your body as possible, you should drink one in the morning, one within 30 minutes after your workout and then one before you go to sleep at night, because for one to effectively gain mass you should take in the amount in grams as you weigh in lbs for instance 125lb person should take in 125 grams of protien, the more the better
