paranoia

I apparently have paranoia. But I feel like nobody cares for mr in a way, like they try to build my trust then destroy it behind my back. I get upset cause I think people are doing stuff to upset me, or they’re just lying to me or not telling me the full truth. I just need help, I don’t think I have paranoia but I want help to see if I do but I don; ‘t think anyone will take me seriously.

I’m the same way. THe sad truth in this world is there truly is only a small ring of people that you can trust. It could be your family, some friends, a mentor or a teacher. Unfortunately, the only people in my household that I remotely trust is my father. IF you’d like to talk, we can pm each other.

Please don’t worry, your not paranoid (I don’t believe in the term). You just care a lot and have a lot to give, and don’t want to hear anything negative said.
