How can I gain some muscle?

I am 14 and I need muscle.How can i gain muscle? Plese help.

bascially all said above is right, if you need a workout plan i can set you one up i do every week and adjust weights accordingly.

lift weights i say start at 5 pounds then the next week move up 2 3 more pounds every week

first off u want quick results right and i was going to say steroids but that might kill u lol so dont do that u can take protein shakes which make u gain weight and if ur lifting weights that will turn into muscle so it will show faster or if u really want to get big fast go on creatine u can get it in any drug store and maybe some grocerey stores and go on that and u will be ripped out of ur mind belive me ive been on it for like 3 months and ive gained so much muscle and the ladies are not complaining hope i helped

So, basically just follow this formula: More weight+less reps=muscle

Meaning that if you weight train with more weight and you do maybe 5-10 reps (repitions) then you will gain muscle. It’s not going to happen overnight, and you may experience sorness the day after, only because the muscle is developing.. You also have to go on a good diet, because the fat can just develop right back on. So, make sure to eat lots of vegetable, fruits, and drink a LOT of water.. Preferrably about 8 glasses a day ((HINT: 1 bottle of water=4 glasses))

So, good luck and if you ever need any help, try joining a gym, or working out with a friend..as they say, 2 heads are better then one

work out every day and lift weights push ups would be good
