How many meals do you eat, and when and what?

please help me , to figure out a good eating pattern now im eating breakfast in the morning , lunch at 12 -1 pm and dinner at 6 ,and 2 snacks what about yours ?

Not that this is healthy or that i recommend it but lately ive been eating one meal a day - dinner. I may fit in a snack sometimes during the day. Im just so busy with our two kids that i forget to eat or i just dont have a free second sometimes.

i have breakfast at 20 past 7 because i have school, it keeps me going for most of the morning, try and eat something with lots of slow releasing energy.. for i have a snack at about 10am, usually toast in school, and an apple at 1 o clock, but i wait until 3pm for my lunch when im home, i have scrambled eggs on brown bread, then dinner at about 6. I try not to snack after 7pm :) i think my diet is quite healthy, and i always have energy..

3 or 2 depending on whether Im hungry or not. 1= Breakfast - Cereal or toast Lunch= Sandwhich/wrap, some vegatables, dairy products and protein Dinner= Anything!

i try to eat 6 times a day but fail at it. Usually small meals every few hours is good helps boosts metabolism.

I eat 3. uhm breakfast i’ll have cereal. lunch usually an egg on 12 grain bread with a small strip of cheese or some type of peanut butter sandwich on 12gb, then for dinner i’ll usually have anything vegetarian ofcourse, but I strive for vegetables, something healthy. I also usually have 1 or 2 snacks which are usually a fruit and a fibre one :)

I have breakfast at about 6:30 then lunch at about 12 when I get home around 3:30 I have a snack and then I have a small dinner around 6 but sometimes I don’t eat dinner depending on how big my snack was…and then sometimes I also have a snack after dinner depending on what I ate ……what I heard is that 6 small meals a day is good if you want to be thinner and boost your metabolism.

I eat three meals a day. Shoot you can eat 5 meals a day. it really just depends on what those meals consist of. wanna make sure to get some grain in there, maybe a lil fish and veggies!! :P

I have a granola bar and a water for breakfast and at 11:45 i have a main course and a snack and i have som fruit when i get home and a balanced supper at around 6:30 :)

My dieting for contest goes like this:

6A.M. - Meal 1 1 cup oatmeal 30g Whey 5g Glutamine 1g Beta-Alanine *8 fl. oz. Tea (plain)

9A.M. - Meal 2 *50g Whey

12P.M. - Meal 3 1 cup Broccoli 3oz. Boiled chicken breast

3P.M. - Meal 4 1 cup Broccoli 1 slice of whole-grain bread (toasted) 3oz. Boiled Chicken breast 8 fl.oz. Coffee (black)

6P.M. - Meal 5 1 cup Broccoli 3oz. Baked Tilapia fillet OR Cod fillet *8 fl. oz. Coffee (black)

8P.M. - Meal 6 30g Whey 8 fl. oz. Tea (plain) *1g Beta-Alanine

This is my diet. :) I don’t ever switch any foods other than the ones I mentioned because it helps me keep it simple as I need to be counting all my macronutrients in order not to screw up. I think anywhere from 6-8 meals a day keeps the metabolism up as long as it is equally portioned. Right now, I’m losing 1 pound a week so it’s working on my part.
