How many caliories should a 15yearr old eat a day?

I am a 15 year old girl and am starting a diet and I would like to know how many caliories I should be eating a day?

Haha I found it funny nobody actually answered the question. Ide say about 1300-1500 calories

its not really about the calories, just WHAT you are eating. If you eat a healthy breakfast (a piece of toast and a piece of fruit with a glass of water) and a healthy lunch (sandwhich… fruit… veges… pasta… etc) and a healthy dinner. don’t have 2 sets of carbs in a day, for example don’t have pasta for lunch and potatoes for dinner. (but bread is fine to have at 2 meals). and always always always drink lots of water.

do, say, 35 situps every night, and go for a run 3 times a week and you will loose weight.

but never skip meals. because then your stomarch gets hungry and then the next meal you eat, your tummy will hold onto everything because it dosent think it will be fed again and you will keep all the fats etc.

don’t count calories. =
you’ll get obsessed with it. it’ll probably lead to anorexia nervosa, or bulimia nervosa. which is super unhealthy.

just eat a moderate amount. like, 6 small meals a day is a way to even out how much you eat. like, eat every 3-4 hours, basically. but don’t eat a lot. eat slowly. don’t stuff yourself to where you feel super full, either. good luck. =] oh yeah. and try to stay off of junk food. xD that’s always hard to do. =P
