Answer #2

You need to talk to someone. It sounds like you are going down the road of an eating disorder. I’ve been down that road and it is not one I would wish upon my worst enemy. Talk to a trusted adult about you problem

Answer #3

sounds like you’re becoming a little fixated with this. Weight is a difficult issue, I put weight on because I comfort eat, does that apply to you? Obviously weight is more connected to how much you eat, and how much you burn off, rather than what you eat. If you’re putting weight on still then it’s as simple as that you’re still eating too much (too many calories). Your meal portions could be too large, or you might snack too much?
