Makeing a 2, 4 or 6 pack more noticeable, advice would be great! =)

Well I started to work out a bit, I go to a gym every monday after school with some guys for about an hour and 15 minutes. and I do 50 situps a day and some pushups, but I am quite chubby and I was wondering how do I make my stomach more noticeable like to show the pack more, I think I have a pack b/c when I tense my stomach it goes hard but the only part still not hard is my ‘fat’ on my stomach. Is there any exersizes that I can do to make it more noticeable. Thanks a lot

eat healthy and do these crunches lay down and put your legs up resting on a bed or bench(anything thats 1.5 feet tall) then have your face so you look at the roof. not infront of you! then cross your arms on your chest and flex your arms (this will work your pecs) then basically do half a sit up but hold it for 3~5 seconds. start out by doing 20 and increase it daily. I do 100-130 before bed every day. This way should give you 6 pac and pecs in about 2 weeks

The exercises will help build muscle, but if you want the fat to shed off quicker, you’re going to have to make a change in your diet.

You’ll need to lower your caloric intake, but keep in mind that you need protein to build muscle, so don’t stop eating meat (although there are other great sources of vegetarian protein).
