looking for advice on how to tone up and make my body look better

hey,

im looking to make my body look better and more tonned, im 6 feet 2 and weight 95kg, im some where between slim and just a little over weight, but my body seems to be covered by a layer of fat that I just cant shift. in my house I have a weight bench, free weights and a punch bag and also a gym membership that allows me to go whenever and as often as I like, but its getting me down not seeing much of a difference. il admit that I do eat quite a lot of junk, especially chocolate lol, im just looking for some advice about diets, routines, supplements or steroids, any help will be greatly appreciated :)

Answer #1

start to go on walks and eat better. make sure not to push ur self to hard though. when u feel like u can do a little bit more than long walks start to go on long runs

but i sware to u do not go on steriods cause they just ruin lives and not just the peoples who take them it starts to affect others

Answer #2

tanning will give the illusion of a more toned body as well. u should try a “live” diet too..lots of fresh veggies and fish.

Answer #3

u should do reps of weighted flys(biceps and triceps parrell with floor, forearm perpendicular with floor, briging elbows together and out again) i recommend dumb-bells with 15 lb weights; 20 sets of 10 3Xs a week followed by sit-ups, pull-ups, and pushups. ur upper traps look well developed but ur abs , biceps, and triceps, and especially ur pecs need work. im not picking on u, just answering ur ???
