Dieting doesn’t mean that you don’t eat anything. You have to have engergy to do plenty of exersise. You should have a correct understanding for losing weight. If you are not overweight a lot, I think you don’t have to lose weight. To be a little weight is good for healthy, a news at largeplace.com says.

Without food your body won’t have the energy to burn when you do sports. Losing weight isn’t about not eating, it’s about eating the right stuff.

Answer #4

Question : How much are you eating? If you don’t eat right you may have problems. When a body is stressed it needs more to function correctly. I just read about a guy that hiked the Appalachian Trail who had to consume 6000-8000 calories (2000 is normal adult male) a day.

The best thing for you to do may be to see a doctor or trainer for guidelines.

Good Luck !!
