Trying hard to lose weight, eating fruits & veggies, doing exercis

Okay…well, I have no clue what to do, I am 180 lbs, and 5’9. I allways make sure to eat my fruits and veggies,and dance 3 times a week for 3 hours each time, then I work and go to school, and make sure I work out everdayfor 30 minutees to an hour,,beside that I dont have much time on my hands…well the thing is that I can lose weight anymore…I keep getting more, my freinds tell me its musel, but my ass stomach and thighs are still big,,and I don’t no what to do to lose weight, I’e tried a couple of diets as well…yet nothing works for me anymore, Please help, nobody else can

You have to diet more. Substitute whole grains for any kind of grain. ( Buy Whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat flour.) Lots of fruit and veggies and yogurt also helps. If you are eating beef buy extra lean. Don’t eat pork. If you want bacon buy turkey bacon. Turkey is alot healthier. Don’t forget nuts and seeds. They contain protein too!Those are the main things that work for me.

Eat Slowly. Try to eat or snack every 2 hours. This keeps your body from thinking it’s starving and it wont save fat as much. Do not buy ANYTHING that has trans-fat in it. Some products will say 0 trans fat but they actually have under 1%. Check the ingridients for partially hydrogenated -anything-. Your body doesnt know how to store this kind of fat.

One of my meals each day is usually a yogurt, some type of fruit(usually an apple, orange or a banana.) and a yogurt smoothie(they usually contain protein and important vitamins.)

Most of this stuff I have gotten from the Abs diet. The abs diet book has some wonderful healthy recipes in it and a chart of “buy this instead of this”. It also has excercises and testimonials.

ok, here’s the thing…. You are doing something wrong…. Do you eat properly and enough???? You need to eat enough… have you tried to get a personal trainer? I know that is kinda pricey, but hey if you wanna look good… You gotta dish out the money. My boyfriend is a trainer and I was working out with him and I noticed RESULTS!!!! You should try it and get into a gym…. Ask how much a trainer costs, and start from there. Hope I was a bit of help… take care. and hey it’s christmas…. It’s ok to put a few pounds… I mean a pound is ok…. (hahahaha) Take care kay??? see yah…..
