Keep the weight off?

I was really sick last week and my tonsils are swollen this week. So far I’ve lost about 4-5 kilos. I just have no appetite to eat, plus its hard for me to chew. I was wondering how to keep the weight off when I get better. Like, keep it off healthily? I mean, I do workout. But what should I eat, and what should I not eat?

Answer #1

but like, what kind of food?

Answer #2

Eat healthy food, stay active, and avoid fattening foods with a lot of calories.

Answer #3

You shouldnt eat deep fat fried foods, fast food, food with a lot of sugar, fat and calories. Try to make your food from scratch - this way you will know exactly whats in it. So instead of buying a already made salad which probably has a lot fat in its dressing and tons of calories. MAke your own with like a nice healthy lemondressing and bits of bread instead of caloriefilled crutons:)

And like instead of having a burger at McDonalds, where it is proved that like 40 % of the burger is fat - pure fat. You can make burgers out of lean meat and have a nice wholegrain bread with it, and with a nice salad on the side.

Healthy food doesn´t have to be some sort of scientific advanced stuff. By using real products and making your own meal, instead of falling into weird soups and shakes, you will lose weight in a much more simpler and sometimes healthier way.

And another thing; If you think something is unhealthy - then don´t eat it. Because guess what - it probably is.
