Is it possible to lose 25 pounds by mid-June?
I need to lose weight, and i’m having a special occasion that’s happening in mid-June, any tips?
I mean yeah its possible iv seen your pictures and unless you have gained a huge amount of weight i don’t know why you want to lose any but erm the best tips i can think of will be the ones that everyone else tells you. You need to drink a ton of water, im nt just saying this seriously drink as much as you can its so good for you so not only is it helping you lose weight but its good for your skin, hair.. ect. Never skip brekfast and try to eat 5 small meals a day without decreasing your calorie intake more then 1200 a day minimum. Avoid eating at night since thats the time you are least active. Eat more negative calorie foods like celery and apples. Avoid carbs as much as you can. Allow yourself a treat of sme sort every once in a while to avoid binging on them from not having them at all. Like once a week you can have a chocolate bar. And try to hit the gym as much as possible i guess. Good luck!
anything is possible if you set your mind to it, just drink lots of water and have 3meals a day and DONT SNACK inbetween this should help alot, try to not eat foods that are high in sugar like chocolate or sweets and just exercise everyday even if its a 30min walk :) good luck hun!

if you look like your picture no it’s no possible you’ll be a twig. your your plump or fattening up then yes with simple things like boost you metabolism rate. caffeine helps eat several times in a day small doses of food rather than large meals.
Yes, you can. Breaskfast can choose some starch and protein , Lunch can choose starch, protein and vegetable.Dinner can choose protein and vegetable. Better get rid of starch at dinner. You can eat some healthy snack .Not eat food after 8:00pm. Take a walk 30 mintues or other exercise each day with a specail bar. When you follow these tips, you can reach your goal.
Yes 25 pds is realistic. first you burn off the regular calories you consume by excercise, running, jogging, swimming, weights, etc. Then change your calorie intake and keep on an excercise regimen. If you get stagnent it may be due to your building muscle mass but you will still be burning off fat, although it may not appear to be happening when you look on a scale. If it’s a temp diet you can focus on nutriential liquids and stay away from solids for a short time. Best plan of action is to look at your current calorie intake/excercise schedule and scale down from there.
