Theres no secret to losing weight. It takes hard work and healthy eating. To make it more fun and make you actually want to work out find ways to lose weight that are enjoyable also. Tai chi, jogging, swimming, dancing, yoga, pilates, sports..etc.

It’s all about what exercise you do and how much of it also what food you eat and when you eat it! Exercise daily doing toning exercises as well calorie burning ones i.e. running etc. Don’t be afraid if you are not very fit or can’t really run, just make a bigger goal everyday and keeping working. Limit carbohydrates and try to avoid white ones eg. instead of white bread, eat brown. Increase water intake and fibre intake while decreasing fat, sugar and salt intake. Avoid foods like red meat, crisps and processed foods. Aim for fish, fruit and veg and low GI foods (low GI foods release their energy really slowly rather than giving you one big boost) Hope this was helpful!

drink tons of water. it cleanses your system. then do some kind of cardio every day for 30 minutes. eat spaced out healthy meals. dont eat ANY carbs after 7 pm.

Jumping rope is the best for you. But you still have to cut out all sugar and most fats. Eat lots of fruit and veges and some protein here and there. DO at least 500 jump ropes a day and you will get down there in no time at all
