How can I lose weight in a healthy way quick?

I am going on holiday really soon and would like to lose weight in my bum and legs. Need a way of doing it quick and an easy method if possible?

First of all dont go on a diet as you just put the weight back on after and get depressed and just eat loads of chocolate and put on even more weight, But you have to be strict with yourself you should buy a Exercise DVD and do that daily but you make a schedual you should also eat healthier types of food dont give up things like pasta and rice and bread get healthier ones brown bread brown rice and brown pasta you willvbe depressed and the voice in your head will tell have one piece of chocolate…but have will power and you will lose weight soon enough without realising!!! so remember exercise regularly and eat healthy foods instead of chocolate! jog it helps sooo much or if you have a trampoline that will help to just make sure toleeop youtself active and walking untill your trip. try not to be so self concous. tell yourself you look great! and believe it or not. when you belive it so will outher people (: and when your on your trip youll mostlikely be having so much fun that youll loose the weight without even thinking of it. good luck!
