Jumping on the trampoline!!

Is it considered to be exercise??

What muscles does it work?

yes it is! it gets your heart rate up, good cardio and it works your legs as in hamstrings, calves and quads..if you want an extra point in there keep your tummy sucked in and contracted (As in squeeze) while jumping up and down.

Um well it is counted as exercising thats for sure and it pretty much works every muscle.. but except for your arms unless your doing something with your arms thats counted as exercising

I’m not sure what muscles it works. But it’s definatly good excercise. =]

yes it is a very good exersize that mostly works on leg muscles
