Is this overworking forearms?

2 sets of bicep curls 6-8 reps 1 set of hammer curls 1 set of 6-8 wrist curls And 1 set of reverse barbell curls. Since the inner part of your forearm is being worked during bicep curls is doing 1 set of 6-8 wrist curls in the same work out too much work for the inner fore arm if not should I add another set? and am I working the outer forearm enough? I do 6-8 reps hammer curls and 6-8 reps reverse barbell curls if thats not enough what should I do?

Answer #1

Well usually people do 3 sets of 8-10 reps for growth and 11-12 for definition and it depends on the weight if your doing really heavy weighs to the point where your forearm is really weak then maybe that’s too much but 1 set is not really going to do anything try doing 3 sets of each.

no thats not even working them at all, well barely, you need to work your forearms out every day if you want them stronger, they are a very resillient muscle(s), go look up some other forarm workouts and add them to your workouts, you need more direct forearm workouts
