Muscles after working out
I had a really good workout 3 days ago, justing doing barbell curls, and now, 3 days later my arm still hurts when usually it only hurts for maybe the rest of that day. Did I overwork it,or what?
make sure you eat carbs before excercise and protein after , if you dont your muscles will be weak throughut the excercise and wont be able to repair after thats why you get muscle pain I used to get it, but now I make sure I do this and it doesnt hurt and I manage to do a workout everyday
If it’s only one arm then you probably tore something which will take some time to heal. If it’s both arms, that just means you over trained. I’ve had lasting muscle aches from working out for days also.
