How can I get muscular fast?

I don’t want to overwork myself too bad and I still want to eat normal. So how can I do those and ge tsmall biceps, pecs, and faintly visible abs.

sorry but busted your wrong their. for muscling up quick aim for 3 sets of 6-12 reps and on the very last rep you should only just be able to do it. if you want to tone and get small but defined muscles lots of repetitions. if you dont want to buy weights do press ups, pull ups and sit ups this will tone you up nicely and give you quite a bit of muscle.

I don’t agree with kitm if your goal is to get muscular fast. To do that you use light weights with lots or repetitions. If you want to get more powerful then kitm’s advice is pretty good.

do you want to get really “ripped” or toned? because just toning it (aka, defined sculped muscles) dont come quickly. they take lots of continous work

the best way to improve muscle power is to lift very heavy weights but not continusly and to increase musculae indurance its better to your and everage weight but you have to do it over and over agian so I would say just use heavy weigts it will build muscl fast with little work

well it takes time. and it took me a while to get ny abs and im a girl. but if you want took look muscular build our abs out by not sucking in your stomach when you do your cruches. run a little and go to the gym or get a trainor.
