hya I can do the splits and I did it through practising every nyt for about 10 mins and stretching but im quite flexible neway because I do a lot of dancing. nut yh practise, practise, practise its the key! hope you manage it through taking this advice. take care x
u have to stretch ALLOT like evryday!!! do things like the butterfly and things like that never just try and do the splits that might tare you leg
