weird but effective fitness techniques?

does anyone know any weird but effective fitness techniques? dont hesitate no matter how stupid they may sound. im open 2 all answers.. please. thankz. :)

I sometimes sit on the end of my couches arm bit and just do a situp motion thing, its basically situps in mid-air. helps me with the pack. :)

I really despise excercising. it takes up my time and is so tiring and sweaty. So what I do is whenever im in my house (or not in public), for example, I walk to the fridge jumping or raising my knees high haha. its effective and builds muscle. definately a weird fitness technique.
