How to do the Splits fast?

I have cheerleading tryouts May 10th and I can’t do the splits, luckily its not required but it would look great if I could…or atleast be kinda close…I have tight hamstrings so I might need some stretches for that. Help please im open to any offers.. -Samantha Lin ( 13 )

GGGUUURRRLLL IT WAS EASY just STRETCH EVERYDAY AND when you ARE FINISHED just GO INTO THE SPILT POSITION…YOU SHOULD GET FARTHER AND FARTHER EACH DAY!!! LOTZ OV LUCK!!!

Yes, and study proper stretching techniques or you could seriously hurt yourself. You won’t be much good as a cheerleader if you’re undergoing outpatient care for groin surgery. DO NOT rush it!
