What are good leg strength techniques?
Well as in the title… are there any leg strength techniques that work well without giving you leg muscle mass? I’m trying to either loose weight, or gain leg muscle strength. My reasons are my own, but are there any techniques that I’ve possibly overlooked without needing equipment?
Without equipment you can do squats and lunges. You are unlikely to build a lot of leg mass without weights though you will probably notice some muscular development.
