What are some good exercises to do to get rid of fat on your back and stomach? Something that you can do in your room.

losing weight isnt all about working out. to lose fat you have to change what you eat. proper nutrition in 85% of losing weight. For your stomach, do some crunches, and for your back, do some seated rows. There are many exercises for each area of your body, but those along with proper eating habits will help you out.

lay on your back, and lift both legs in the air, use your stomach to push both legs towards the ceiling.
