What way can I lose weight quickly im 14 and 5'3?

Well im 14 my current weight is 118 I need to lose weight I want advice on how I can lose about 19 pounds I need to lose them beacause I dont feel comfortable with myself I can’t stand looking at myself and I hardly eat anymore I don’t eat luch or breakfast when I come home I usualy eat cereal and a big glass of water and I wanna be skinner then my sister shes always saying offensive comments about my weight calling me “fat” “obese” “fatass” or she just looks at me with disgust shes 20 years old 5’4 and weighs 103 I need your help please!!

well to start off with your sister is a jerk for calln you all those mean names. wrll just like anyother person would tell…exercise. I know it sux it really does. but easy ways to exercise is walk to school, participate in p.e, go out for a couple sports, move your bed upstairs (if you have an upstairs) because walkn upstairs wprks out your butt, or you could run up and down the stairs for five minutes…a good workout! but mainly remember to have 60 minutes a day without that you wont achieve anything. mand dont forget that portion size does matter, but if its a small portion and unhealthy…its not helping. white rice and chicken a lot of fruits and vegies are the best. and if anyone becomes worried why your doing all this just say you wanna look your best for this summer. :) last but not least, get an ipod. on this you should make a playlist that will motivate and make you want to keep exercising. I like techno…look into that or high beat music. hope I helped! :)

Don’t pay any serious attention to others picking on you. First of all, do NOT stop eating. You NEED to eat. The important thing is not HOW much you eat, but WHAT you eat. Breakfast and/or lunch are the most important. Since you’re 14, find out if your school cafeteria has healthier lunch options. When you’re able to leave campus for lunch, find out what restaurants/food spots are nearby that offer good rice dishes, salads, etc. Eat less fried and junk food. Instead of always thinking of yourself being fat, and this and that, say positive things like: I’m getting there, I’m not fat I’m just defined and tone, one day I’ll reach it, etc. Sometimes weight isn’t everything, too. You can be 110 and overweight, OR 110 and athletic, etc. And of course, exercise. ;)

well if your really worried about your weight the best excersize is the WII its fun and you get really pumped up and that is tighting your musels and your losing weight its the perfect excersize I’v been done there playing and I already lost like 5 pounds I know its not a lot but it works :-] -koko

your not fat dear, screw your sister.. im 5’0’, 13years old and 140pounds., your nowhere near fat, I just hate when girls like you, nowhere near fat call them selves fat. my moms family has big hips, so I got them to, which doesnt help much
