What is a healthy way to slim down?
I am an 18 year old girl and I am not skinny but im not fat im more average and I am looking for a healthy way to slim down for spring break and sumemr. I am in dance and I do crunches and dance stretches every night. I mostly would like to tone my stomach and arms because my legs are muscular from dance.Thanks for the help :)
Just do sit ups and if you can press ups and go to the gym and try weights but not to heavy to start with :)
