I want to loose...

40/50 pounds.

but I have a question. if I eat healthy, run/walk on my tredmill for an hour a day and do crunches, drink all water, how long do you think it will take for me to loose that??

please let me know! I’d appreciate it! <3

well I am not totally sure but I have looked around and the answer is that it is healthy to loose 1-2lb a week so to loose 50 pound would take between 25-50 weeks! you could loose more quickly but this is very unhealthy! wish you well!!! Becz x
