dont try to lose weight all at once. take your time and bring it in as part of your daily schedule. dont overdo it, however just make sure you dont fill your self up with junk or sugary drinks and sweets. hope this helps!

You can’t lose a huge amount of weight in 2 weeks. If you lose weight in an unhealthy way, you’ll gain it all back and then some. Just cut out junk food, soda, sugary drinks and eat more fruits and veggies. Chicken’s really good too. Also try to exercise 3-4 days a week.

eat nothing but fruits and vegetables and drink only water exercise 1 hour a day and you’ll see a difference
