I really want to loose 30 pounds..

I would really like to loose 30 pounds quicker than normal. does anyone have any good advice or tips?

Actually don’t drink too much water…adds to your water weight.

Dont go on any quick fix diets, which cut out all the bad foods, because when you start to eat them foods again, you will put the weight on faster. Drink lots of water, cut out all the high calorie fizzy drinks. Eat a lot of fruit and veg, high protein/low fat foods.

You want to drop 30 pounds FAST then dont eat. It hard the first 2 or 3 days but then its cake. Allow yourself 3 or 4 HEALTHY snacks a week and thats it. But you should eat for the first couple of days because then your stomach might not numb itself. Your stomach will stop hurting after a couple of days and then you may not have any pain for 3 or 4 more days. And once you drop the weight and want to stop the diet just be sure to start eating SLOWLY. If you just go and eat a bunch of junk or big meals your stomach will hurt, you may puke it back up on accident because your stomach will be weak, and you’ll gain it all back. I can drop 6-10 pounds in a week on this diet I made. Good luck with my diet!
