I want to loose weight

I want to loose weight.like if I run how long should I run and how far??or if I do crunches how long should I hold thm.can someone tell me because im confused…but lke can you order them like:

Run-?miles and ?minutes Crunhes-hold them for?minutes Fill in then? Marks lol

alright if you wanna burn fat then just read this, you gota do 3 things

  1. you gota run, weahter it be on a tread or just outdoors, you have to make sure when your running that you jog for a minuite or so then sprint for 30 seconds, also try and find different slopes and do the same.

  2. go on youtube and search different crunch exercises, they are gona build abs more than burn fat thou

  3. the most important thing is to eat healthy, eat healthy and I promise burning fat will come so much easier

you need to start out slow, run for maybe 20 mins every other day, or ever day if you want. then when you feel like your ready, go 30 mins and so on and so on. id do about 20 crunches and work your way up as well :)
