How to get a flat tummy?

i start school aug 28th and i want to lose weight really quickly. i don’t have time to excersise or anything. so what can i do? please help. i want a flat stomache!

Please no Liposuction. Very dangerous! You can fast until the time school starts. That will flatten your stomach in a big hurry. You can either water fast or juice fast. I water fast all the time, but if you have never fasted you should do a juice fast. No solid food, just juice.

No matter how many sit ups you do, you first have to have a low fat percentage. Or you won’t see the toned abs..under the layers of fat. so my best advice to you : exercise every morning on an empty stomach drinking a lot of water = ) good luck.

Well i think its pretty pathtic you cant exercise. Actually its F**kin retarded that you think your life has so much in it that you cant do a few sit ups every now and then. Girl grow up and get a ab lounge. I have one and it works just fine.

1)healthy eating habits

  1. daily exercise of at least 30 minutes.

It is not healthy to lose weight quickly because generally the weight is gained back double or triple. One needs to follow a safe, sensible weight loss and exercise plan to lose weight and to keep it off.

The way to a flat stomach is exercise (situps - this is free) or liposuction ( which is major surgery that comes with risks and costs big bucks!)

Umm.. there is always time to excersise. You kno when you are sitting on the couch watching tv.. well you could be in the floor doing sit ups or push ups while watching tv. (believe me i do it all the time hun) And also right before you go to bed you could do some exersises then too. And if you dont feel like doing that. well your not going to have a flat tummy so maybe you should try liposuction like then person above me said.

Machines don’t work if you have layers of fat over it.. you have to lower the percentage..by having a low fat diet & exercising ( walking )

The only way is Exercising on an empty stomach with plenty of water to burn off all old fat. Eating veggies & drinking water.
