How to get a flat tummy?

HEY IM 15 YES I KNOW YOUNG BUT I WAY ABOUT 143 MAYBE 140 I HATE MY WEIGHT I DONT HAVE A FLAT TUMMY I FEEL SO EMBARRESSED WHEN IM WITH MY FRIENDS CAUSE THERE ALL SKINNY IM NOT FAT I CONSIDER MYSELF THICK I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT ASAP I WANA BE BACK AT 120 I GAINED WEIGHT AFTER COMING OUTTA REHAB AND BE STRESSED WHAT DO I DO

First of all dont stress over it. Seems like the more I would think about not eating, the more I would want to eat. I recommend watching your fat intake and start doing a physical activity reguarly. If none of this works out then you might need to have your thyroid checked. GOOD LUCK!!!

Ok. Right now I weigh 125 pounds. This was not always the case. I’m 20 and through out junior high and high school I weighed over 200 pounds. But don’t do what I did. I became anorexic. And by the time I realized I had a serious problem, it was too late to go back to normal.

Anorexia is a disease. And as much as it is great to be thin…I miss being HEALTHY.

Here is a really good way to lose a lot of weight and tone your core [abs, thighs, butt, etc.] start doing pilaties. It’s really easy, really fun, and works amazingly.

relax your young you dont have and n.e kids it does not sound like you have a weight problem sound like you just went tough a little somthing in your like called STRESS! go back too your regular rounte friends walkin the mall a school sport you will get you size back;) dont worry hope you feel better
