girls have a natural flabby bit (look at pink, she is really toned but still has a flabby bit) you cant get a completely flat tummy but you will come close

do crunshes daily in the morning and at night. do 10 at first then gradually build up adding 5-10 each time hope this helped

well I do crunches and sit ups about an hour a day.. (30 min in the morning and 30 min at nite) and also make sure yooh drink a lot of water and try to stay away from high calorie things.. in the morning for breakfast I eat a granola bar and I drink a glass of milk… and when I get really bored I go and workout in my room.. I put my hands on the edge of the bed and do about 15 squats and then I do somme cunches and pushups then I also stretch… hope that helped and good luck with getting a flat bellie :)

As a 14 year old girl your abs should be toned doing crunches or sit-ups will futher tone them but to make them flat six packs like models you will need to lose weight for them to show through abdominal fat. Dont starve yourself eat like normal if you can, eat more healthy no brownies or cake. Dont drink high calorie drinks stick to water and you will have your “flat tummy” faster.

You can do crunches, thats what I did and my stomach is really flat. Do 30 a night before you go to bed.
