Simply a Rose to brighten your day,         And maybe lessen the cares in your way;         And also, too, to help you to know,         That in knowing you, many others grow!

Hit the gym, work with some weights, do cardio, healthy eating. It’s just how it works.

Answer #3

This is in the wrong category. It has been moved to Nutrition and Fitness.

It sounds like the usual crunches and free weights will give you the look you want. Take up jogging to work on the lower body.

exercise and diet is all it takes, you wont be able to tone yourself untill you build up the basic muscles it requires, but once you have to tone do lighter weights higher reps and fast as you can, this will cause you to overload (1 of the 5 principles of training, thank you grade 12 PE) and build up muscle faster.

Remember, you can only build up muscle and strength by working out at a rate that is higher than your body is accustomed too. That means you have to work out harder than you usually would, which means remembering to increase your weights often once you do start building up muscle.
