I need help and I would love someone to talk me through it

I can not lose my belly fat and I have been trying for like a year I really need help with it and I would love if someone would talk to me every week or something to help me and give me advice on how to lose 5-10 pounds from my tummy thanks

try crunches, sit ups, and all of those types of exercises drink a lot of water when you’re not really hungry and your just looking for something to eat, chew on mint/spearmint gum. or a candy cane (low in sugar and calories)

babegurl don’t take non of that stuff im a track runner sprinter and if you need sum one do lose that belly fat with yea I will if you got a myspace my name iz harold pepper head line shud say da king I use to be fat use to be a lineman for football now run track for glenoak high I give you a list of thingz me and my coach do every morn and nite
